Boundaries

Overview

How it works

You already have the raw material: photos from the job site, a quick note about a finished project, a seasonal reminder you mean to share. Turning that into steady, well-written posts is what slips when the week gets busy.

Vyybe turns your photos and notes into ready-to-post drafts. We edit and crop images, write captions in your voice, and format each post for the platform it's going to. You review every draft, and nothing posts until you approve it.

Approved posts are scheduled to publish where each platform's API allows. Where a platform doesn't allow scheduled publishing for your account type, we hand you a finished post that takes a minute to share.

We don't promise followers, engagement or leads. Scope and price are confirmed in writing after a short conversation.

What it looks like

A typical walkthrough

For example, a landscaping company finishes a patio and garden bed install on a Tuesday.

  1. You send a few photos

The crew lead takes before and after photos and sends them with a one-line note: "New patio and beds, Maple Street."

  2. Drafts come back

We edit the photos, write a caption in your voice, and format it for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The drafts come to you for review.

  3. You approve or change

You approve the drafts, tweak a word, or say no. Nothing posts without your yes.

  4. Posts are scheduled

Approved posts are scheduled for good times during the week, through each platform's API where your accounts allow it.

  5. Manual-share fallback

If a platform doesn't allow scheduled posting for your account, you get the finished post and caption ready to share in a minute.

  6. You see the month

At the end of the month you get a short list of what was posted where, what's queued, and ideas for next month.

Under the hood

How our system does it

  1. Drafts built from your material

We work from your photos and notes and your approved business details. Captions don't invent facts, prices or claims about your work.

  2. Your voice and your rules

Your business profile holds your tone, services and anything you never want said. Every draft is checked against it before it reaches you.

  3. An approval step on every post

Each draft waits for your approval. Approval is recorded with who approved it and when, and only approved posts are queued.

  4. Scheduling through platform APIs

Approved posts are scheduled through each platform's official API where your account permissions allow. We connect only with access you grant and can remove.

  5. Honest publish status

A post shows as published only after the platform confirms it. If a post fails, it shows as failed so a person can fix and retry it.

  6. Content that works across channels

An approved post can also feed your marketing email drafts, which go only to subscribers, include an unsubscribe link and your postal address, and wait for your approval too.

  7. Inquiries land in your lead inbox

When a post sends someone to your site and they ask a question or fill in a form, the inquiry lands in the same lead inbox and follow-up as every other lead.

What it does

What it does

  • Photo editing

Crops, straightens and color-corrects your photos, and sizes them for each platform.

  • Caption writing

Writes short captions in your voice from your notes, with no invented claims.

  • Platform formatting

Adapts each post to the length, image size and style each platform expects.

  • Approval workflow

Sends every draft to you for review and records your approval before anything is queued.

  • Scheduling

Schedules approved posts through each platform's API where your accounts allow it.

  • Ready-to-share fallback

Delivers finished posts for manual sharing where scheduling isn't allowed.

  • Monthly content summary

Lists what was posted, what's queued and ideas for the month ahead.

What it can do for you

Why it helps

  • Post consistently

Keep your pages active with real work, even in your busiest weeks.

  • Save your time

Send photos and a note in a minute instead of writing and formatting every post.

  • Stay in control

Every post is yours to approve, change or reject before it goes out.

  • Show your real work

Posts are built from your own jobs, so people see what you actually do.

What you control

Your rules, your approvals

  • Approval of every post before it publishes
  • Which platforms we post to
  • How often posts go out
  • Your tone and anything posts must never say
  • Which accounts we can access, and removing access at any time

Who it's for

Is this a good fit?

  • Businesses with visual work, like landscaping, remodeling or cleaning
  • Owners who take photos on the job but rarely post them
  • Teams that want a steady presence without a full-time social media person
  • Probably not the right fit if you need live community management, replies to comments around the clock, or influencer campaigns

How we work

From first conversation to live

  1. Discovery

A short conversation about your platforms, how often you want to post, and the kind of work you want to show.

  2. Setup on your business profile

We record your voice, services and must-not-say rules in your business profile and connect your accounts with access you grant.

  3. Test in safe mode

We prepare a first batch of drafts and run them through approval and scheduling in dry-run, so you see the whole flow before anything publishes.

  4. Go live

Approved posts start publishing on schedule, and new drafts follow as you send material.

  5. Ongoing review

Each month we review what was posted, refine your voice notes, and suggest ideas for what's next.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

What do I need to send?

A few photos and a one-line note is enough. We write the caption and format the post, then send it to you for approval.

Will anything post without me seeing it?

No. Every post waits for your approval. Only approved posts are scheduled.

Which platforms can you post to automatically?

We schedule through each platform's official API where your account type and permissions allow, such as Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts. Where a platform doesn't allow it, you get a finished post that's ready to share.

How will I know a post went out?

A post is marked published only after the platform confirms it. If something fails, it shows as failed and a person fixes it.

Can you use my posts in email too?

Yes. An approved post can become part of a marketing email draft. That email goes only to people who opted in, includes an unsubscribe link and your postal address, and waits for your approval.

Do you reply to comments?

Not as part of this service. We focus on creating and publishing your posts, and we can talk about other options if you need help with replies.
