Overview

How it works

Software is never finished. Your business changes, customers find rough edges, and small fixes pile up until the site or app feels out of date. Vyybe's continuous improvement service keeps it moving: new features, fixes and improvements, delivered in small, reviewed steps.

We use AI coding agents to do much of the work, and we keep tight controls around them. Every change is made separately from your live system, tested automatically, reviewed by a person, and shown to you on a preview link. It only goes live after you approve, and every release can be rolled back to the previous version.

Improvements are guided by what is actually happening on your site. Vyybe's cookie-less analytics show where visitors struggle, and a daily AI-written report suggests the most useful fixes. You decide which ones we build.

Scope and price are confirmed in writing after a short conversation. We agree how changes are requested, approved and released before the first one starts.

What it looks like

A typical walkthrough

For example, here is a typical month of improvements for a landscaping company whose website and booking form are already live.

  1. A report flags a problem

The daily improvement report notes that many visitors on phones start the quote form but stop at the address field. It suggests splitting the form into two shorter steps.

  2. You pick what to build

You read the suggestion, agree it makes sense, and also ask for a new page about seasonal cleanups. Both go on the list in priority order.

  3. The change is built separately

A coding agent makes the change on a separate copy of the site. Your live site keeps running untouched.

  4. Tests and review

Automated checks run for accessibility, mobile layout, links and the form itself. A person at Vyybe reviews the change and fixes anything that is not right.

  5. You check the preview

You get a preview link, try the new form on your phone and approve it.

  6. Release, with a way back

The change goes live. If something unexpected shows up, we roll back to the previous version while we fix it.

  7. The next report

Over the following days, the report shows how people use the new form, and the next suggestion goes on the list.

Under the hood

How our system does it

  1. Your business profile and approved content

Changes start from your single business profile and the content you have approved. New pages and features use the same details as the rest of your site and any connected Vyybe agents, so nothing contradicts anything else.

  2. Every change kept separate

Each change is made on its own copy of your code, never directly on the live system. Your customers see nothing until the change is tested, reviewed and approved.

  3. AI coding agents with human review

Coding agents write the change from a clear description of what you asked for. A person at Vyybe reviews the result line by line and decides whether it is ready for you to see.

  4. Automated testing on every change

Before review, automated checks run accessibility and contrast tests, mobile layouts at phone width, keyboard navigation, broken link and anchor checks, and spelling. Apps also run their own test suites, and a change that fails a test does not move forward.

  5. Preview links for your approval

You get a private preview link for each change. You try it on your own devices and approve it, ask for adjustments, or drop it.

  6. Rollback on every release

Each release is recorded with the version it replaced. If a problem shows up after launch, we restore the previous version and fix the change separately.

  7. Forms and actions that report honestly

Every form and action we change keeps one rule: success is shown only after a real server response. We test that rule on every release, including what visitors see when something fails.

  8. Improvements guided by real use

Vyybe's analytics record page views, scroll depth, form drop-off, repeated clicks and errors without cookies, IP addresses or typed text, and skip visitors who use Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Each morning an AI-written report suggests the three most useful fixes for you to review.

What it does

What it does

  • New features

New pages, forms, screens and integrations added to your existing website or app.

  • Fixes and maintenance

Bugs fixed, outdated parts updated and small annoyances cleared out.

  • Improvements from real use

Suggestions drawn from analytics on where visitors struggle, built once you approve them.

  • Testing on every change

Accessibility, mobile layout, link checks and your app's own tests run before review.

  • Human review

A person at Vyybe reviews every change a coding agent makes.

  • Preview and approval

You see each change on a preview link and approve it before release.

  • Rollback

Every release can be reversed to the previous version.

  • A clear change history

A plain record of what changed, when, and who approved it.

What it can do for you

Why it helps

  • A site that keeps up

Small, regular improvements keep your website or app matching how your business works today.

  • Changes without the worry

Testing, review and rollback mean a change can be reversed if it causes trouble.

  • Decisions based on real use

You see where visitors struggle and choose which fixes are worth making.

  • One place to ask

You send requests to one team instead of hunting for a freelancer each time.

  • Predictable scope

How changes are requested, priced and approved is agreed in writing up front.

What you control

Your rules, your approvals

  • Which changes get built, and in what order
  • Approval of every change before it goes live
  • Whether to roll back a release
  • Which improvement suggestions to act on
  • Who on your team can request and approve changes
  • Your code, hosting and accounts, which stay in your name

Who it's for

Is this a good fit?

  • Businesses with a website or app that needs regular changes
  • Owners who want improvements without hiring a developer full time
  • Teams that want testing and approval on every change, not quick edits straight to the live site
  • Probably not the right fit if your site rarely changes and a one-off update is all you need.

How we work

From first conversation to live

  1. Discovery

We look at your website or app, its code and hosting, and agree how changes are requested and approved. Scope and price are confirmed in writing.

  2. Setup on your business profile

We record your business details and approved content in one profile, connect your code repository, and set up previews and tests.

  3. Test in safe mode

Each change is built on its own copy, tested automatically and reviewed by a person before you see it.

  4. Go live

You approve the preview and we release the change, with the previous version kept ready for rollback.

  5. Ongoing review

We watch analytics and the daily report, bring you suggestions, and keep a clear history of every change.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

How is this priced?

It depends on how much change you expect and how complex your site or app is. After a short conversation, we confirm scope, price and how requests work in writing.

Can you work on a site or app you did not build?

Usually, yes. We review the code and hosting first and tell you plainly what we find, including anything that needs attention before we start adding features.

What if a change breaks something?

Every release keeps the previous version ready. If something goes wrong, we roll back first and fix the change separately, so your customers are not left with a broken page.

Do coding agents change my live site directly?

No. Every change is made on a separate copy, tested automatically and reviewed by a person. It only reaches your live site after you approve the preview.

Where do the improvement ideas come from?

From you, and from Vyybe's analytics. A daily AI-written report highlights where visitors struggle and suggests fixes. You choose which ones we build.

Does the analytics track my visitors with cookies?

No. It is cookie-less and first-party, records no typed text or IP addresses, and skips visitors who use Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
